Estimates;

All of our estimates are free of charge.

We don’t just project costs, we will also give you our best estimate of the project timescales, this is based on experience and the parameters of each project.

However, these are only estimates, and every job is unique, so prices are subject to variations as each project is different. We will always keep you up-to-date, and notify you of any changes prior to the estimate being issued or during the installation.

We also offer initial estimates via zoom these involve a 15 min phone consultation and can be done at a suitable time for all parties.

Written quotations;

If you require a written quote, we’ll send an engineer to your site to get a better understanding of your project. They’ll then plan the timescales, consolidate the costs, and deliver your estimates by post or email.

Some of our estimates are free, however, this service can be charged and is dependant on the location and size of the works. If we are quoting from drawings, then it is only our time.

All prices agreed for quotations are refundable should we be awarded the contract.

If we’re providing a written quotation for insurance purposes, the service is charged at our standard 1-hour fee. However, as the above this fee is removed from the final invoice if the quote is accepted.

Payment Terms;

We will request payment for each project on specified dates that we’ll agree. We will agree on a structured payment plan for larger contracts.

Invoices will be clearly broken down, and all payments must be settled in full on receipt of our invoice.

We accept credit card’s (+1.75%), bank transfers or cash payments. To facilitate this we carry card readers with us.
Failure to make payments on time will be subject to fee’s set out in our terms and conditions.

We want to make sure you’re happy before we leave so we ask for a sign off on the day of completion to approve the work and to settle the final invoice. Unfortunately, if nobody is available to confirm the job is complete, an additional call-out charge will be applied for us to return to complete the job and the final pieces of paperwork.

Guarantee’s and warranties;

All work that we carry out is covered by our workmanship guarantee, for which your invoice serves as your reference. This guarantee is valid for 6 months from the day that the work is completed.

Any materials that we use are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which can vary in length and terms. We will advise you of any warranties that you will have, and how to ensure they are valid.

If any materials are purchased directly by the client, then this would fall outside of our guarantee, and the client is responsible for managing this.

Please note that the guarantee applies only to the work we have carried out, not your whole installation, in some instances other parts of the installation might fail that fall outside the scope of our works and therefore our guarantee.
